Trade Routes vs Pleasure Barge - how? Is it counted or not counted?
Pleasure Barge should be counted since this card is not actually doing anything to it.
The only question you need to ask: Is Pleasure Barge a location? If yes, then it counts.
In case you're referring to its immunity, the definition of "Immune" is clear: Barge cannot be targeted or affected by card effects. Trade Routes isn't doing any of those.
