It's a solid 1 of in certain NW decks. Even more so if you're running Support of the People
should of been two gold, for 3 gold I can buy an Iron Throne and a Kings Road...
if it had an initiative modifier as well...
Probably costs 1 more gold than it should, however this IS still non limited economy which isn't something you can ignore. It is an easy one off if you need econ and have deck slots to play with. The cannot be discard bit could eventually be relevant if location control gets a boost.
I think it would cost 2 if it was limited but being non limited is what bumps the price.
If it were cost 2 it would allow for too many economy setups making it an auto include
3 gold makes it less tasty as a setup card which may push it out of decks all together.
however GJ and Tyrell decks will have 1 copy, those 2 houses tend to run support of the people more than others so being able to grab a nice all rounder locations when you dont need any other locations (or you've already got them) could be great
Didnt realize it wasnt limited. Still...
i would only include this card in a nw deck with sworn brothers...which i don't...so...a 0 off...only ever good if you have it on setup..otherwise it pays off in 4! plots if you do not care much about reserve
Yeah, I wouldn't sell this card too short. For Tyrell and Greyjoy, I can see them both playing a 1x of this (along with 1x of other locations) and playing Support of the People to get it out when needed. NW currently needs more stand-alone economy, so I think it's a 1x in there as well, and especially if sworn brothers are being played. Most other houses are probably not going to worry about this for a while, unless reserve choke becomes a much bigger deal than it currently is.

Card is not in play while in hand, so yes. It can be discarded from hand.
