Great card, even greater combo with Euron Crow’s Eye. And it doesn't have (max 1 per challenge).

From the reference: A duplicate grants its controller the following triggered game ability: “Interrupt: When the overlapping unique card would leave play, discard this duplicate to save that card. (Cannot be canceled.)” As putting a card on top of the draw deck means the card leaves play, the answer is yes, dupes can save locations from this
