Margaery and the Queen of Thorns are the obvious targets here but Dany, Catelyn and Cersei like him at least as much. Obvious synergy with his brother that can go find a Lady that can benefit from Horas' ability.
EDIT: The more I look at this art, the more I'm seeing Joffrey from the show...
If he and a Lady both kneel for a challenge, can he stand the Lady?
Of course, they kneel at the same time, then you can trigger his reaction to kneeling.
Note that Horace here has received errata to stand a Lady character, rather than his as-printed "charater"
Ugh, this is so annoying. Action use Margery to boost Horas then kneel Horas to stand her again. >..<
