You have 2 restricted cards in the deck. Just a heads up. I used to run a deck pretty much like this but the setup is just way too rough. I'd also recommend running the pyramids.

I'll be honest. You can drop Rhaegar if you want and replace him with dragon lore.
Also you probably want a replace empty throne or storm of swords with a take them by surprise.
Going second can really hurt his deck a lot.
Other interesting cards you might want to consider - Favored by the warrior , Fire made flesh, Aegon Targaryen, Strong Belwas, and House Targaryen Loyalists.
This is a melee deck as was stated at the top. So there are no restricted cards. The suggestions you made I believe are all under the assumption that this is a joust deck. This deck works wonders in Melee. Which is what it was designed for.
