A must have lore card.
Why not?
My deck is already so draw-heavy that Daeron's is actually useless, so I replaced it with cards that actually do something (I'm already drawing 4, 5, 6, or more cards a turn).
So there's your exception. (For those who are keeping score, I usually solo, and my current win rate is over 90% while soloing. The one time in 10 my Lore deck loses, the inclusion of Daeron's Runes would not have made a difference). This card gets me through my deck ~1 turn more quickly, which isn't as important as having some more interesting allies to put out there.
5 stars, however, because for you, this card will do the trick (I don't really need to draw through my deck 7 times (or 15, or infinitely) a game).
In retrospect, I'd say this one is the best card of the whole cycle.
