if you're placing more progress tokens on the enemy than he has health, do the remainder go to the active quest, or are they discarded?
I'm pretty sure they are just lost as you can "over" damage an enemy.
I assume the progress is assigned all at once. So any overkill dmg/progress is effectively being discarded.
