Also, would be hilarious to use this to pull an Agenda from Archives.
Limit of 1 copy per deck means it can only ever be included in a deck as a rarely-occurring 'bonus' though, rather than integrating it into your strategy much.
She is BOTH unique and limited to 1 card per deck, actually
(when you think about it, it seems to indicate there may be a future effect that only works on unique stuff, otherwise the uniqueness dot serves no purpose whatsoever on a card that is limited to 1 per deck)
Edit: Never mind - additional cost per piece of ice. Got it.
