Ideal usage would be to pull an income asset and two ICE out of Archives? But if one of those ICE is from HQ that's probably fine too. You save 3 clicks and a credit on the installs, and get to recurse cards from Archives. Seems great as a mid-game Agenda, and even OK early game just to save 3 clicks installing cards from HQ?

Also, would be hilarious to use this to pull an Agenda from Archives.

Limit of 1 copy per deck means it can only ever be included in a deck as a rarely-occurring 'bonus' though, rather than integrating it into your strategy much.
If I'm not mistaken, you can have more than one copy in your deck. You just can't have more than 1 active at a time. If you were to see a second copy, you could install it and advance it. Why you'd want to advance and score a second one (which would then move the first copy into archives) I have no idea. It seems that having only one is ideal since a second copy might harm your agenda of winning the game (pun intended), assuming you've already scored the first.

You are mistaken. She is not unique, the text actually says that she is limited to one copy per deck.

She is BOTH unique and limited to 1 card per deck, actually :)

(when you think about it, it seems to indicate there may be a future effect that only works on unique stuff, otherwise the uniqueness dot serves no purpose whatsoever on a card that is limited to 1 per deck)
I love this card, something completely different to any other agenda, I used it to pull a cerebral over writer and 2 ice from archives, leading the runner to think it was something important. Brilliant and a bit of fun too :-)

What are the 'install costs' the card refers to? New to game, sorry / thanks.

Edit: Never mind - additional cost per piece of ice. Got it.
