As good as a Corroder against Eli, it then scales toward the high end well. Too big for low-end taxing barriers.
combine with Parasite to destroy things like Ice Wall and Wall of Static, Datasucker to save you on those 2 and 5 str barriers like Spiderweb and Fire Wall, and/or Multithreader to make the initial cost of boosting or breaking not so bad each turn.
there are plenty of multi-sub and/or high strength barriers to make this one worth including.
