Looks like it would scale well on the high end, but comparing this to Zu.13 will often surprise you. Sure, it's marginally better against some of the really big code gates with multiple subroutines, but it's not great against plenty of low-to-mid range stuff, while even with the big stuff, the savings over Zu.13 might be 1 credit.
I'm not convinced of the value, although Sunny certainly has enough native link to run both, that's a pretty big rig. Memory isn't the issue, but card slots certainly need to be considered.
this is the first breaker to shove to the side if you decide to spend influence in Sunny on any breakers. get yourself a Zu.13, and i doubt she'll miss this one.
there just aren't many multi-sub code gates to make this one worth much imo.
