It's cool, but I'm confused how to effectively use the bonus ICE-breaker hosting when playing this with Chaos Theory who already has +1 MU so she can host 3 ice breakers and a Magnum Opus already.
Awwww, the art is so cute!

@berr : you can run in your rig another contextual program like Snitch, Netshield (since your deck depletes too much against jinteki), or a virus that triggers on HQ / R&D access with the additional space ;)
It really goes with Chaos Theory since she lacks the card spot. Just like reyda said, you can now use programs like snitch and netshield etc without MU cards taking up a spot.
With Test Run, Chaos Theory has an answer for almost every situation
This doesn't seem too much better than personal touch, plus it costs five bits, and its a console, so you can't have this and the tool box (or whatever console) out. I just dont see any point to running this over any other console. I have never had an issue with mu in my shaper deck, so that cant be it. Am I missing something? Why does this have four stars , I feel dumb not seeing why it has more than two stars.
"This doesn't seem too much better than personal touch": That's the point. If you like Personal touch, think it as a double personal touch + Akamatsu mem chip in one single card. You can now permanently raise your ice breaker(s) 5 str higher than before. The economy is very good, since the bonus works for all the runs in a single turn, where as recurring credits on the older console are most likely used during the first run you attempt. Don't forget that pumping a single time Pipeline or Femme Fatale will cost you those 2 recurring credits first time you use them to match an ice strength. I also overlooked Dinausaurus when i first saw it, but the money you save in the long run is in fact very effective.
In other words : if you plan to run often, and you like personal touch, this is the perfect console for you.
Dinosaurus feels quite similar to a Toolbox, it gives 1 or 2 MU, adding 2 strength to an icebreaker is probably better than 2 recurring credits for icebreakers (multiple runs + non-linear strengthening icebreakers vs flexibility), so the link is the only thing Toolbox has over it. Given that it's 4 cheaper, I'd definitely pick Dinosaurus.

NDBurns, I liked your analysis, I see it now
It also makes anarch's icebreaker slightly better since they can't normally be buffed.
Dino+Morning Star/Yog+ Ice Carver *drools
Do you know if it's allowed to move already installed programs to dinosaurus or I have to install from hand only? Also, if I want to change a program hosted on Dino, do I have to trash existing one?
I think its the same as Djini - you cannot move to or from, only trash before installation.

exactly, you have to host at the moment of installation, so you would have to trash the previous program, wich shouldnt be a problem having Test Run to get it again in case of need...

I was using toolbox but I usually find it too expensive and using a Modded on it just doesn't seem right... I'll try with dino again for a while...

also... it's cute as hell..
The main problem that I have with this card over other consoles and akamatsu+personal touch is that you have to play this before the icebreaker that you want to buff. That is a huge tempo hit compared to just playing your icebreakers and starting to run, and later buffing them with personal touch/recurring credits. Also, you kind of have to run 3 of these if you want to get it early enough to put an ice breaker on it, and then the others are dead draws. I personally don't like putting more than 2 consoles into my decks.

Scavenge does alleviate that problem, so if you are running a test run/scavenge deck, it is another use for the card.
