So, at 5 for 3, I get to reset my hand? Good effect if I've got a crappy HQ, but what if I don't?

You can use the Weyland HQ Upgrade that boosts HQ by 2 cards per upgrade hand of up to 9 gets pretty angry. A possible agenda defense from Anarchs who would focuson looting R & D

I would keep this card on the field until I threw out all card from my hand. Still, nice card

This card has saved my skin more than once when I have a handful of agendas and a runner who's aggressive about hitting my HQ. Nothing makes a Criminal runner frown more than realizing that my hand is empty.
