I rather have this than prepaid voice if you are playing Tenma, just feels much better to pay 1 credit.
One of my best decks is a Tenma and I run PPVP.
Even for Tenma, PPVP is flat out better than PT if you are using an event based economy.
This is relevant again, now that PPVP is on the NAPD Most Wanted List. If you're preferring Run Events, this is probably the way to go now.
You are correct on that point +Meadbeard ; I swapped them out in my Express deck. The loss of PPVP is sorely felt though; this card is a poor substitute.
