Install Disposable HQ in the root of your centrals, bury as many cards as you like and redraw them on demand with Shannon Claire. Perhaps it's even splashable in Palana Foods, where the Agroplex gives you too much drawing power and you have to shrink your HQ.
From a game design perspective, I like how this card encourages the corporation to include Shannon Claire, while the runner is encouraged to include Showing Off. Both cards which aren't seen that often.
