Unadvanced 2/3s or double-advanced 3/5s cannot be scored next turn. At least not without fast-advance tools. So it gives you more time to get the stuff you need in order to steal it.
As of May the 6th, seedy cards are:
- Data Dealer
- Duggar's
- Salsette Slums
- Scrubber
- Street Peddler
- Wyldside
Has some potential with Comet, but this one is the expert-play card if there ever was one: time it right and you can swing the game; time it wrong, and it's probably an almost total waste.
You could also flood the HQ with Laramy Fisk/Fisk Investment Seminar and then deprive the Corp of the clicks needed to get rid of all the cards.
