I think it's not wise to rez this if the runner has his Killer out. Far too expensive and too easy to be broken. The challenge is having enough money to rez it when it matters, most likely the early early game. ICE ICE Hedge Fund and you're good to go.
1 time in 20, or 50, or 100, it'll win you the game on turn 2. Every other time, it's a wasted card slot.
