Certainly you don't want to play this card. Simply draw and discard it. Or feed it to Faust.

Yes.
Yep, for when you have the money for that 10x Keyhole.
Using Keyhole costs a click, so it won't work with Out of the Ashes.

Since every copy of this card triggers at the start of your turn, i would say yes.
