Aside from being a decent early game ICE, it works best as a bluff.
"Hmm... I'm not sure if I should run on this. Maybe it's a Brainstorm and I'm screwed. Better keep building the rig."
The single best piece of ICE, ever.
I prefer chocolate, but sometimes vanilla just does the trick.
It's that time again, Data Pack review time! If you could have your Liberated Mind reviews into me by Monday that would be great! And if you could get the Fear the Masses reviews in by Friday of next week even better, as I will be unavailable a lot starting around June. The spoilers are all up on Netrunnerdb for Masses.
Also, this is the best ice in the game, hands down.
