Pretty much, yes.
Well this card is...awesome.

Can this be combo'ed to break even with Tri-Maf Contact?
If it could, this card can give the Corp quite a dilemma; trash Contact and my opponent breaks even and I'll lose credits anyway, or I'd rather trash something else but the runner can keep on getting credits each turn?...
If this is your only card and you take 2 net damage, what happens?
All points of damage are dealt simultaneously, so you would lose.

Oh, wow. This card is not as good as I thought then.
This card is very playable because this is like a Diesel version on Anarch. To help to search the card the runner is looking for this card is so so good. In my opinion Anarch have many problems to search cards, just Djinn searches virus I remember. What's the problem? The cost? I think 1 credit is pretty fair as 2 credits for playing Inside Job. I will play this card to search cards what I need, like Sure Gamble when I have 5 credits or the icebreaker what I do not have installed yet. Waiting for suffering damage to play this card for free is not a good idea for me at least.
In addition I want to say this card is not designed to prevent or avoid damage from Scorched Earth or Punitive Counterstrike, etc. This card is made to help the runner gets the card he or she needs I repeat.
No one is saying this card isn't playable after the ruling. It's just not a 5 star card any more.
I had previously agreed that this card was hands down the best runner card from the new set. It has been downgraded from an all purpose flat-line avoider with a great secondary use to simply a more expensive version of Diesel with a limited secondary use.
Kamahl, I have to strongly disagree that Anarchs struggle with card draw. Wyldside and Duggar's both have huge draw potential, and if you don't fancy trading clicks for cards, they've got Inject, which supplies 4 cards, and its program trashing drawback is actually a positive if you've built a recursion deck, as you can then simply tutor your heap for the program you want. I've Had Worse was designed to further assist these abilities, in addition to mitigating damage. It's not an either/or situation.

I'm imagining a deck with Valencia where you have this card in your hand and Tallie Perrault on the board.
Sure the corp can scorch you. But if you have five cards and if one of the four cards they pull in the first scorch is I've Had Worse, then instead of winning they take two bad publicity.
Three scorches?
Well if before the scorch you've already managed to plant the corp with two bad publicity, then before the third scorch you trash Tallie Perrault to draw four cards.

I've Had Worse may not be as reliable as Plascrete, but it's advantage is the corp doesn't know if you have it. Suddenly when they go to scorch you, it's a 1 in 5 chance that they win, and a 4 in 5 chance that you get a huge tempo boost off of their bad luck.
And if you have two of them in hand... Forget it.
Yup. My Valencia deck is running exactly that. But, of course, since I want to be scorched to test out the theory, none of my opponents thus far have tried to scorch her and thus I've yet to see it play out. Unfortunately the last few weeks have been crazy busy for me and I haven't had much time to play Netrunner and all the many things I want to try with the new cards have gone undone. Hoping to get into more games in the weeks to come.
Let's assume I have Ekomind (MU = cards in hand) installed. While having 5 cards in hand and all 5 MU are used, a Punitive Counterstrike connects and I get 3 meat damage. One of the cards trashed is I've Had Worse. Does IHW trigger and nothing happens to my programs? Or are they trashed before the drawing from IHW happens?
I believe you must trash the programs immediately. From the rulebook, page 15: "if the MU cost of the Runner's installed programs ever exceed his available MU, he must trash his installed programs until he is no longer exceeding his available MU."
