I really like the flavor of this card. But if you really need to pull this off, you're probably already screwed.
Yea, but I really do like the way that it affords some type of protection for the fast and loose anarch play which I always felt the faction lacked which is kind of odd and one of the few "off" bits in the theme of the game. It always bugged a bit that this style of play always belonged more to criminal. Shouldn't the criminals be a bit more "methodical?"
It would be so much better if you also removed all brain damage.
