Again, I'm not clear on the timing here so I'm wondering if you can use a Fall Guy to prevent Bug Out Bag from being trashed after drawing the cards.
I assume you can prevent it from being trashed. As "then trash it" is not a condition for the drawing of X cards, but merely the consequence. However, I don't know why you would do this, as Bug Out Bag is then empty and of no use anymore.
The way I read it, since there is no specific mandate that the power counters be removed from the card, if the discard part of the text is prevented, the power counters would remain on the card and it could potentially fire again. Did I miss something?
The power counters are not spent.
Oh, right. That makes sense!
