I just imagine Colonel Klink saying in a really cheesy German accent, "We are Haas-Bioroid, ya? We have ways of making you spend clicks."
Is Ryon Knight usable during a run initiated by An Offer You Can't Refuse? The wording "no unspent clicks" confuses me in that context. To my understanding the runner has no clicks during the corp's turn.
Seems to me that "An Offer You Can't Refuse" is Ryon Knight's killer app (no pun intended). The Runner definitely has no unspent clicks on the Corp's turn.
Rezzing cards is a paid ability and can be done at any paid ability window, right? So I could have three unrezzed Ryons installed in the same server and then, at any paid ability window when the runner is out of clicks, rez and pop all of them one by one for a total of 3 brain damage?
Yes, if you have 6 credits and the Runner is out of clicks, while running on a server with 3+ cards in it... sure.
During a run, rez windows are different from paid ability windows, actually; see page 33 of the rules. You can only rez cards in a run when the runner approaches an unrezzed ice without jacking out, or when the runner has passed all ice and decided not to jack out. This means you can't rez Ryon immediately after the runner clicks through a bioroid, for instance, although you can fire a single Ryon who's rezzed already.
