Let me make a run on R&D. Oh no, a Snare! Into the HQ you go.

Now I will grab this Agenda instead.

Useful tool, though it offers diminished value for large amounts of multi access. What I like best about it is that it does not say "once per turn". In a perfect turn you could basically mill away 4 corp cards. Combined with other tools this puts the corp on a shorter clock similar to Keyhole.

This is extra strong in phase 1, where the corp has not had time to fully ice up R&D and also the runner may not have had time to get out some multi access tools. Pushing extra cards into HQ early can also force the corp into playing things they'd rather hold or discarding. On the flip side to make sure it hits the board early, the runner would want 3-of in deck. But it is unique, so the extra copies are dead draws. Pretty well balanced card design. The high influence discourages casual Anarch appropriation, or I suppose Laramy usage.

I like it.
