Built a variant Weyland deck with three Eliza's, expensive / painful to rez ice such as Curtain Wall and Archer, Chrisium Grid, and Off the Grid.
I've only played a few really casual games with it so far vs the same opponent (they were testing out several different Runner decks however). It has been fun so far.
The tricky part is getting Eliza on the board in the first place in the early game and surviving a turn to be used. But if that can be overcome, the next turn you rez something like an Archer or Curtain Wall in front of it and spend the next few turns just rezzing expensive pieces. Then you install over it with an agenda once Chrisium is on HQ and Off The Grid is rezzed in the same remote to start scoring out.
I'm currently running Priority Req's, Government Contracts, and Eden Fragment in it; if I keep the deck I'll switch in the other Fragments and Blue Sun as they come out.
I play it in Foundry. Really fun. But damn heavy.
Efficiency committee helps a lot: with 4 clicks you can install a Janus and rez it in the same turn.
What will happen when a X-cost Corp card is released?
I think they have the Variable problem solved as a triggered condition. Check the ICE Draco.
Atman has similar ruling, but it's a Runner card.
