In the faction with Cloak and Leprechaun, no less. I like this.
Useful early even without stealth support, since it has some inherent strength, so it scales up nicely once the stealth cards start hitting the table.
Lockpick is a nice in-faction hardware option to support this. Very versatile . . . really a sweet little icebreaker: well-scaled in both base and boosted strength; very easy to get on the table.
Yeah; I've gotten a lot of good use out of Refractor. Before I took apart my Kit deck, it was a shining star. It's a really good card, even just with Ghost Runner to support it (and Lockpick is decent as well) if MU is tight.
