Nice. And neutral to boot.
Good card as an ambush, but I like it just for the artwork.
Personally, I use this card in Weyland/NBN tag'n'bag (Plascrete Carapace), Chronos Protocol (Titanium Ribs) and Bioroid (E3 Feedback Implants) decks. Shattering silver bullets is always a good thing, but even if the runner does not have any of those, a trashed Console, Chip or Stealth card is also nice. And it drains time and credits if the runner falls for it, which opens up scoring windows.
