This is decent in a Great Wall of Weyland style glacier deck.

What is the timing on this vs Sneakdoor Beta or Keyhole however? Did the click to initiate the run hang the on successful run outcome and thus works even if Wendigo hits, or would the Runner not be able to "use" the program's effect any longer due to Wendigo's ability?

I believe Programs that initiate a run apply their effect when used (click: make run, do stuff), meaning its all one effect, so Wendigo doesn't cut anything off.

Wendigo more or less targets breakers and other one shot programs like Net Shield and Crescentus.

Yeah, that was my take as well. Hopefully there will be a ruling at some point.

I sat down and started to incorporate this into a great wall of weyland type deck, and ended up not including it at all. It just did not add anything and was basically worse than any piece of ice I considered yanking to make room for it. Maybe when more of the morph ice is out it will prove to be synergistic with something else, but for now I'm keeping it in the box.

I've just stuck this into a deck, I think it MIGHT have a place in a rush deck. Over an ice wall, it keeps the runner out until they have a decoder and a barrier breaker for 3 credits, and over a guard they need all three breakers to get through 2 bits of ice. Kind of.

Plus, it has the advantage it can hit things like SMC or Magnum Opus if they're still on the table.

Then again, I could just put Chimera in for cheap rush-friendly ice :P

Lukas told me that it doesn't affect programs like sneakdoor beta or keyhole last week! It's a cool piece of ice and use it pretty well in my jinteki deck for deus ex and general low cost annoyance!

Does it affect Medium or Nerve Agent? And if so, how exactly?

My guess is yes. If Medium or Nerve Agent are selected then they can't be used during that run, meaning no extra cards are accessed. The basic 1 card per access would still apply.
