More influence space in an anarch credit denial/ice destruction deck.
Mor restricted version of "Forced Activation Oder". Not very interesting but probably effective...

I don't know -- the real benefit is the limitation on rezzing ice on the run. If somebody has a 2 or 3 ICE deep server, and you know at least one of those is an expensive piece of ICE, I can see it being far more useful than Forced Activation Order.

I'm really wondering if some of the people initially rating cards actually plays anarch. Cyber threat is an amazing card and it has done great work for me in my reina deck. This faction has the easiest time getting multi access and because of that this card does what it is designed to do. I normally run without breakers for the first several runs and when they play ice I want to know if I will need a breaker because it could be a pop up window. This card either gives me info (as well as makes them spend money) or a free run. Sure the corp gets to choose which one but in the end I don't usually care which card they pick.

Also an in-faction way to force a rez for Parasite! And if Xanadu is out, they're spending some money, or no money (but losing a server to access). I can't see Reina using this effectively, as she wants to force ice rez each turn for maximum payout, but Whizzard and Noise could definitely use this against recently made towers.

If you have Wyldeside in play, can you then play this card?

I would say yes.  Wyldside makes you lose a click, not your first click. I would say "first click" means the first click you play each round, which you could use Cyber Threat for as the click with Wyldside is "lost" not "played."

I could be wrong though as I am not a Netrunner rules guru!

You are correct. You don't lose the "first click", you just lose A click from your pool of (normally) 4 clicks.
The first action you take therefore, whether it is a priority event or not is always your "first click".

I fully agree. This card is great in Reina, half FAO, half Blackmail.

Put a rook on server and have the corp spend credits also allows you a safe run on another server right after.

It is a card that rewards skill, such as Dirty Laundry does, in a sense that you have to create the setting that will make it pay.

I have a doubt about this card, how many ices can be rezzed by the Corp? I think just one maximum, but I'm not sure.

Singular. Except, of course, they have a Surat City Grid rezzed in that server.
