Even if the dark side is able to built/play the death star II, the dark side still has to destroy at least one objective card from every light side player to win the game? And if the death star II appears, as light side player i can treat this card as a normal enemy unit, what means, i can even stun the death star II with tactic (focus tokens)?
Correct. Though note that the Death Star II did receive an errata to include the text "This unit cannot be affected by enemy card effects." That doesn't protect it from combat icons, but it does protect it from various event cards.
