After a Fighter strikes, can this card be used to remove the focus token and allow the same unit to strike again in the same engagement?  I would think the unit would no longer be considered part of the engagement.  The Tallon Roll would allow the player to strike again with the same unit but a different objective.

There is an action window after striking in which this card can be played. I would think you could use this card to make that unit ready to strike in the same engagement.

It does both depending on when you play it. After a unit strikes it is still participating in the engagement, and the engagement only ends after all participating units are focused. If you Tallon roll before the engagement ends you will strike again in the same engagement. If you wait for the engagement to end you can Tallon roll and then declare the fighter in a new engagement.

Got it.  After I played a few more games with similar cards allowing a player to remove a focus token after striking, I realized that this card acted in the same way and allowed a user to double strike.  Thanks frankitz and Haxxson for the information.
