lol, Greedo kinda lowers this pod from 4 or even 5 depending on what he would have been instead to 3 for me.
I believe they did that because of how effective all the other cards are. Bounty, when used at the right time can take out a big hitter. Captured is just sick. And the paid informants are low-cost defenders that can possibly do some retaliation damage to LS objectives. Fantastic pod. Greedo is the counter-weight. It's a shame too, because I have always had a place in my heart for the little bug.
Greedo isn't a great unit, true, but for his price he's perfectly fair and can make for some interesting bluffing (My opponent just used Greedo for this engagement, he must have a twist or reversal of fate in that hand)

Ye, he can be used to bluff enemies into uncertainty if you play a lot of twists.. but in too many cases he'll do nothing but to kill himself :b

The Paid Informants are pretty plain, nothing that makes the pod better then a 3 imo... Bounty can be great, but is tricky to get through. Captured is a great card. I might change my mind later on, but you haven't changed my opinion into rating this pod above 3 yet ^^
Yeah, I agree with most of what is said. honestly, I was disappointed in greedo (and many of the other main scum units as well). really, bounty and captured are the meat and potatoes of this pod, and are the reason you include it. the chuds, while nothing special, aren't bad either. 2 cost, 2 health, 2 combat icon units are solid if nothing else. the objective itself is somewhat sub par. the only thing I can see it being useful for is storing some captives, or a important captive at with carbonite transport or directly capturing them there. at least if they want to attempt a rescue, their attacking units will be debuffed, but still, it's lackluster at best.

I find this to be one of those sets that can be good as a single copy in your deck. I have been running a single copy of this, along with a single copy of trandoshan terror for most of my capture needs. this also gives you a variety of capture methods from events, to character ability, to enhancement.

Bounty and Captured are both great though.
I agree. And it seems as if Greedo isn't as bad as I first thought either. I think that personally I still prefer the Trandoshans though :) (though I'm currently leaning towards 1x Greedo, 1x Bossk and 1x Pit for my Sith Control atm).
i think if your going to run the pit, you need 2 of them for any sort of consistency, such as getting bib, krayt dragon, or spice visions.
Might be true - bit it's only Spice of these cards that I actually ever want to draw more than 1 of. I just want an objective that I can dump captured cards at that benefit from it in 40% of my games, for the few cards that I do capture, and some additional resources. The 2x resources are nice though to have at a more reliable basis - but Trandoshan Terror has that too.
I agree for the most part. spice visions is really the only card i'm really interested in too. too bad the nar shaddaa set is so bad it's not an option for spice visions.
Totally agree with that :b The objective is nice and Spice is great, but then you get 3 pretty bad units.
I LOVE this objective pod. Greedo is a two cost unit that can hold the force first turn and throughout the game. The other two bounty hunters are no different than troopers, with an edge enabled blast, but synergy with the bountyhunter/mercenary objective.

The objective itself is a good place to store high-value captured units as the reduction of a unit damage icon makes attackers more vulnerable when attacking it.
The objective says that units attacking it lose a unit combat icon. Is it a black icon?
That's right. Remember that when an icon appears in parenthesis in the text (ex: Yoda), it refers to white icons. If there is no such parenthesis, then it's black icons.
That's what I figured. So if the unit only has white icons, it is not affected.
