So does "You may ignore resource match requirements when playing this unit from your hand." mean i could play him even though I don't have any Jedi Ressources left?
That seems to be exactly what it's saying; meaning there's really no reason you couldn't think of this as effectively a neutral set that provides a Jedi resource, since the only other Jedi card in it costs zero.
