This set is very interesting I like it a lot
Agreed, and I am really glad that it comes with X2 of the main cards, being that it is a limit 1 objective.
Good support objective here.
Can you use this action on an exhausted jedi unit? Also, do the mystics have to be ready to use their action?
Not sure about the second part. However, the first part just says move a focus token to a Jedi unit you control, not a ready unit only. So I believe you can use this action on an exhausted Jedi unit.
Yes, you can use this action on an exhausted Jedi unit. Ideally, you use it on an exhausted Force User (such as an Outer Rim Mystic) to power Force Illusion.
The mystics do not have to be ready to use their reaction. The reaction has you "move" a focus token rather than asking you to "focus this unit." If it said "focus this unit," the Mystics would have to be ready.
