I wonder if this has any synergy with Winter's set for some discard shenanigans.
I wonder if Luke's ability can target the trench ...
If you mean the Trench Run enhancement, the answer is no.
Thaliak has it right. %100 no. His ability specifically says the damage is done to the engaged objective so it certainly doesn't work against the trench run enhancement.
