Yeah this card is amazing.
Forgive me if this sounds stupid, but how does this work? Wouldn't it mean that those units would not be able to resolve their attacks because they are focussed down?

surely this card is broken? Get it on the table and unless your opponent has a magic bullet card to get rid of this (or has units that are not affected by enemy events) then it's just fire and forget ' I win'!
Not broken at all. But you might feel that way, because you seem to misunderstand how events work. Events don't stay in play. You play this card exactly when its trigger condition is met (i.e., when an opponent declares attackers or defenders), resolve its effect once and discard it.
Oh duh!
I read this as an enhancement rather than an event!
