So does she do 4 damage to exhausted units, cause she has 2 unit damage?
No, it only works when she is piloting something. If the Piloted thing has 2 unit damage then yes
The vehicle he is piloting does double damage.

Fun to see how the protagonist in the Tie Fighter video game got his own story and it now a card in this game...and he even comes with my favorite fighter from the game.
Can he combined with the Executor's sacrifice reaction ability if he is piloting the Executor?
Reaction: After a card is sacrificed, deal 1 damage to a target enemy unit or objective.
Yep, he's quite fun to have on the Executor :-)
