Have you considered replacing either Echo Base defense or Sensors Are Placed with Blue Squadron Support?  Doesn't really play into the speeder theme but a B-Wing is a valid target for Attack Pattern Delta and a B-Wing with Wedge only costs 4 and can one-shot an objective.

    Cool idea. Thanks!

I also run Preparation for Battle in my Hoth deck since the speeder tanks in there shield, bring some much needed tactics, are speeders for the purposes of Hoth Operations and can be brought in through APD.

That said, my deck is more of a hard aggro deck that doesn't even care about defending or holding the force, which is a different kettle of fish, really.

My Hoth Speeder deck is set up similar to Disguise's I think.

    2x  Hoth Gambit

    2x  Hoth Operations

    2x  Attack Pattern Delta

    2x  Hero's Resolve

    1x  Blue Squadron Support

    1x  Preparation for Battle

Hit Hard and fast!  Attack, Attack, Attack,  if you get focused down or destroyed, who cares, there are plenty more units.  APD  when it's hitting just floods the board with free units, and they're all units you want.  6 Battle of Hoths, 2 Echo base Techs, and 2 Rikens can help heal damage.  If you flop 2 APD and they're hitting it's just sick.  2x Hoth Gambit and you're practicaly guaranteed to have the force going into your first turn..

Yup, we practically have the same deck! The only difference is that I run 2x Preparation for Battle and 1x Hoth Gambit.  That said, Gambit looks really solid and I might run what you have and try it out.

The only thing you really need to be careful about in a deck like this is Force Storm.  Having your entire field wiped is no fun at all :(

Force Storm is a risk, but whatcha wonna do? B) It's an inherent flaw, kinda like My Force is the Alley vs Tie Swarms and Capital Ships.  I definetly  think Jedi Gamor is a superior deck but I was playing  this a lot before MTFBY hit the streets a couple of weeks ago. Also, I like building Hoth decks and Gambit was the missing key I was looking for to complete a decent one.

Only thing is, I haven't tested it against any of the new mono scum decks so I have no idea how it'll play against all the capture and events.  I see it as a double edge sword.  On the one hand, if The Slave Trade and/or Tatooine Crash and an APD or two is out, the deck is going to cycle cards like crazy. Also, if APD doesn't yield results at least you know what's captured and what objective it's captured at and it clears the way to use APD again.  On the other hand, all your units could be focused down or captured or cleared by the Scavangers objective and your deck gets milled out.
