Some objectives you could try:
-Emperor's Web: Emperor can be strong on both offense and defense (his reaction kind of goes to waste though), you get the super powerful Royal Guard, a couple of good events and a resource. Overall a solid set.
-Deploy the Fleet: Can't get your troopers to deal enough blast damage to seal a game? A couple Star Destroyers that laugh at edge battles will solve all your issues.
-Lord Vader's Command: I'm not too much a fan of this set, but imperial Vader does have synergy here. Probe Droids can be an annoyance, but are a little too costly for what they do (just die, basically). The real star for me would be the second copy of Imperial Supression.
-Corporate Exploitation: Nothing fancy here. Just more troopers for swarming. Fragile and edge-dependent though. They NEED support.
-Take them Prisoner: Not a top tier set, but very underrated in my opinion. 6 HP objective with fun factor. You could capture something big or something miserable, who knows. You also get a little bit of deck intel. That aside, 9 edge icons (huge for a navy pod), cheap troopers and 3 powerful events..
Counsel of the Sith
-Comes with an awesome objective ability
-2 resources (one of which provides sith for affiliation matching)
-A trooper with a white blast (currently the only trooper with a blast is the 501st trooper without using other combos/actions).
-Dark precog to cycle your deck for free
-Twist of Fate (currently none in the deck).
