2 cost and 2 command make this card playable but it will soon be outclassed has new cards come out.
This card is a very strong early capping unit, with 2 icons for 2 and 2 HP to defend against Sicarius's Chosen, assassinations from 1 attack Warlords, etc. While it lacks any fancy abilities or tricks, this card seems like it will be a command struggle staple for some time to come.
Staple Chaos card, 4/5 for sure since it's able to survive the pings and dominate in command struggles early game. Which for Chaos is much more important. No 5/5 because it still costs 2. But for Chaos is a 5/5 because the Dogs can eat it
This is which I usually sanction as "staple card". Nothing wrong and nothing excessive.
