only thing I dont like is the 1 cost. Means you need to win two command struggles with him in order to pay for itself.
But it does also force your opponent to send their warlord to deal with him. So maybe its win win.
Probably 3rd best Neutral card from the Core set. 4/5.
Only a possible future ally-hate cards can stop this.
