Good stats, awesome annoying ability for your opponent and nice to activate brutal.

Great Ork 3 drop, can be considerd incredible against token heavy decks but for sure will pose problems for Pirates and Traders. 4/5.

Solid. Solid. Solid.

Love this card.

Just had a game against Cato where he piled up high on the planet that would be his win condition. I think he had 6-8 units there. I had six resources, two Weirdboys in my hand, a few shields, and Zogwort with a couple units in his warlord train. Ended up winning the fight after back-to-back deployments of the Weirdboys thinned his ranks.

Seconded. Probably my favorite Ork card.

So I deployed my Weirdboy and my opponent claims she can use her Twisted Lab to "blank" my text.  Is there a window for an action between my deploy and the reaction?

Short answer: no.  Weirdboy Maniak's ability is a Reaction, which responds to a trigger.  Your opponent can't play an Action until it's their turn to play an action.
