Question regarding Deepstrike, the battle can be started on an Adjacent Planet when I deepstrike this card right?
No. The reminder text on the card is incomplete. You can only Deep Strike cards at the planet where battle is starting. Tactical Withdrawal is still really good, but yeah, it would be even better if you could do something like what you're asking.
The battle already started when you deepstrike this card.
Battle on adjacent planet only starts when warlord will be present after check for battle comes up.
