Awesome card.. An excellent attachment for many units, particularly Yanden Wraithguard, Autarch Celachia, the Haemonculus Tormentor, the get+2ATK-with-a-Warlord-present units, Starbane's Council or ranged units with buffs. Or even a defender like Fire Warrior Elite maybe.

Very versatile and another two-shielder for Eldar is just the icing on the cake.

Deploy it on a tri-con planet and watch Worr as he gets paranoid and soil himself, especially with a nullify in your hand to counter a Suppressive Fire..

-And then a smidgen Tau'va couldn't hurt either :)

A little expensive perhaps, but the 1 'free' damage will be annoying for the opponent I'm sure.

3x <3 for this Jetbike! SkyKnight is spot on. I also like it on SpiritSeer Erathal for a moving command/pinger and Nullify readiness.
Interesting that it is a vehicle card, (so we are speculating that it will be reduced by the Eldar location to come), and that unlike other Eldar attachments can be given to any unit, not just Eldar units.

Pity you can't give it to a Wildrider Squadron, having jetbikes riding jetbikes!

Looks great in Talesyn as it gets Warriors and Psykers to your warlords planet to buff troops well.

Looks great in Baharroth as its another trigger for Shrine, and makes the opponent overcommit to planet 1.

Looks great in Eldorath to let Councils get nasty finishing blows - also if combined with Mobility you don't even need to be at a tri-con planet.

And of course there is the alternative strategy - go for first planet bullying with 2 units, and if he doesn't fight there you can just move to the next planet along to bully that too.

The only thing against it is that its a combat action- it would be so good as a deploy stall and to mess up command maths!

It still costs 2 to play. Putting it on almost anything essentially makes that unit an Elite without Elite HP or the Elite trait.

Still, it's two shields that can be pulled with an ECT.

Edit: It can also pull a combat unit that was dragged further up the line for command reasons. That's actually pretty neat if it's a Wraithguard or Council. Not something I'd go out of my way to play, but the incidental impact is a lot more useful that I initially thought.

So there's been some confusion in my play group as to where the damage is assigned from the card effect. Is it on the planet toy are leaving? Or the planet you are moving to?

You deal damage at the planet you move to.

Covered in the rules forum. Its the destination planet you deal damage at.

Short answer: "This planet" always refers to where the card is at that moment. Since the move will always be complete before the "then damage" part of the effect kicks in, damage will always be done at the destination planet.

Thanks! It not being a targeted effect made me uncertain, and totally forgetting the rules forum even existed.... xD

I'll ask it here rather than rules forum: Can I assign damage with this attachment to a Rickety Warbuggy when I have the initiative? So basically is the damage considered coming solely from this attachment rather than the unit it is attached to?

The damage is dealt by the attachment.

Thanks, it was my assumption, but wasn't 100% sure.

Edit: To give some meat to the discussion I absolutely love this card in my Baha deck! I'm tuned towards warlord hunting/bullying and it is a joy to have an Iyanden Wraithguard or just a Warlock Destructor riding these things. Yesterday I had three of these on the feild and it was a massacre :D

But other thing that might not be considered as much is that the Jetbike is a serious capper-sniper. How many times I've ridden this beast to a planet containing a single pirate/trader etc? It is sick!

Yes, this is an easy 2-3x for all three Eldar warlords. End of the day, Eldar have only three 2-shielders to pick from right now. This card isn't quite as amazing as Gift of Isha, but its stronger than Empower. That means it makes every Eldar deck.

Yeah, I rarely play Empower for it's effect to swing a battle, usually it's just shields.  This card on the other hand, I just put in the deck and have already managed to play it twice to decent effect.

I'm surprised Empower is so underrated. It's been an MVP for me since release.

So, crazy combo time - the damage from the Jetbike damage can be used to ping your own Shrouded Harlequin, letting you exhaust your opponent's Warlord basically at will. Not exactly reliable, but maybe good enough to give it a go in a hunt deck?

Then all you need is a:

1. Iyanden Wraithguard on top of your discard pile

2. Ambush Platform

3. Ion Rifle

4. Gift of Isha

So it's like a 5 card combo?

I really want to see an Eldar combo hunt deck. I think Baharroth is probably the best place for it due to his super high command. Even then though I think it's probably too inconsistent.

This gives Eldar more mobility. Which is by far one of the strongest themes/actual ability(mobile) in Conquest.
The ability to move a unit anytime during combat always keeps my opponents guessing pre warlord commitment.
And since that is already a guessing game it usually puts them in a tight spot.

Would you be able to move to the same planet as you are coming from to get the 1 dmg and trigger a move?
