Aka - Kill Librarian
pretty good against a BAV as well
Nice control . But not for you Kith ^^
Weird: Astra Militarum get a telegraphed Archon's Terror in Inquisitorial Fortress, but with a few tweaks. Then DE get a telegraphed Emperor's Warrant in this card, but with a few tweaks.
Except despite being telegraphed, this card remains a 2-shielder, and is broadly weaker in its effect.
Really interesting card balance, I like the design thought that has gone into this.
its not bad cost 2
and you may have to use it as the first action or your unit might die.
Strong card imo.
Not sure this is such a great card tbh. You're paying 2 resources for a telegraphed sacrifice that your opponent could counter. Either by killing it if you don't use it the first chance you get, or by using something like Archon's Terror.
Plus you won't get the 2 shields once it's deployed that you may have needed if you'd held it back (like you would if it had been an event) and I don't think I'd take this over other cards just for the 2 Shields.
Just don't think this has the flexibility it needs to be used later in a combat like and Event, and 2 cost is a little pricey for my liking. Think it could possibly be alright in a Morn deck where you could afford it, but don't think I'd want more than 1.
Think for Morn it a 3.5/5
For Not Morn it's a 2/5 for me
