Big unit for Morn. Gets around the exhaust from HQ by getting your HQ to all get to their planet first (assuming the planet you wanted was red of course). If you have the initiative it also makes you a lot safer from Doom. I'd happily pay 2 if not 3 for an event that has that effect, and those stats are easily worth 3, so it seems an easy 1-2 of for Morn.

Without so many Kabalites, I wouldn't bother elsewhere.

This unit is a garunteed include for selaine morn.. 4 cost 4/4 with 2 Command Icons(taking into count the discount you get for deploying at a red planet) seems really great then add onto it the tactical side of pushing kabalites to red planets is just icing. Helps with setting up constant fights without having a whole chunk of army units being exahusted and being dragged around with your warlord

This unit is awesome and I can't wait adding 2-3 of this into my Morn deck.

Finally got around to building a Morn deck, and originally wanted to go with Possessed in the 5 cost slot (just a solid bruiser of a unit, well worth its cost).  But I figured I'd give the Venom Raider a shot.  Same HP, extra command icon, and an interesting ability, while losing the threat of a warlord bloody with every swing.  Worth a try.
