Will almost always* be 1/4/2, which is just about the best stats tau has access to at 2-cost right now, though obviously some 2-drops are stronger for other reasons (gun drones, trailblazer, tac squad cardinis).

(*except when you have to retreat your Warlord, or when they retreat their Warlord, or a 1st planet battle with no Warlords there, or a card effect that creates a battle without warlords present. Basically they're 1/4/2 80% of the time)

3/5

Very powerfull unit that will often be 4/2 when it matters. Being able to grow to 6/4 with the ideal Attachment from Shadowsun or growing to 4/2 Armorbane with Aun'Shi allready make this a very powerfull card.

However even without a Tau Warlord this 2 Cost unit is well above the power curve of many of it's other 2 Cost Unit brothers. Which only ups this card in rating due to flexability within the SM and Eldar faction (but mostly Tau and Eldar will use this AND Ragnar).

4/5

Potent card - and made all the more useful in allied decks that have things like Foresight and Hunt to move around.

I'm having Ragnar Blackmane recruit them. ;)

I'm having Ragnar Blackmane recruit them. ;)

How fun would it be if Ragnar could actually put the Space Wolves trait on them then ;)

3/5 was wrong. Now calling this a 5/5, as this is a card that every deck that can is running at 3x.

Turns out 4 attack with Armourbane for 2 is really good, as is a 1/4/2 body with a Shadowsun-given attachment, as is efficient 2-cost fighting power out of Eldar. Only Space Marines are sometimes disdaining them, and mostly thats because AM as allies has gotten so much better too.
