Only Necron deck in the tournament.
Tied for 6th place but ranked 9th in the selection process so I didn't get in the top 8
New player, have only been playing for 2 months.
Elite Necron deck abusing Anrakyr's ability to reduce resource costs and overwhelm the enemy.
Removes units before the battle with huge mobility, pings and sacrificing enemy units.
Deck created by Nikolaos Roussos, Giannis Kouris, honorable mention; Spyros Karagiannis.
Warlord
Order by: NameTypeCost
Total Cards: 0
The idea of the deck is based around the draw/discard abuse of Necron cards to find your key cards faster, and discard excess SCT fragments or cards you don't need.
Venomous fiends ping either your enemy's strong units to wear them down, or capping units. They can trigger the effect when they are moved either by themselves or Shroud Cruiser.
Soul Grinder is amazing in fights because of it's high stats, and can abuse Promotion to remove high threats.
Shroud Cruiser can save your elites, proc Venomous Fiend's effect, transfer a soul grinder when an enemy passes, or bring another unit in the fight.
Sample Hand:
Total Shields: 0
Average Shields Per Event/Attachment: 0
Total Command: 0
Average Command Per Unit: 0
Nope, 5 and 1 are correct. Anrakyr has a differently proportioned set of signature cards than other warlords due to the fact that his signature unit benefits from having as many in the discard pile as possible.
Decided to try this deck as my first trial with Anrakyr. Didn't know which way to take Anrakyr, but figured this was as good a deck as any to start with.
After couple games, I fell in love with this deck
I made a few changes, basically dropped Gate and Interceptor for 2 more Phylactery. Wanted the shields.
I'm testing a similar build that also runs 3x Possessed. As someone who often plays Chaos Elites, I like it a lot so far. Still determining if it's 'good enough' though. What did you lose to?

I lost to my mentor and co-creator of the build, Giannis Kouris, he was running a kith and he said that i could have won it if i played it right.
The other loss was against a worr deck. From my experience it is the only matchup that can challenge this deck at least equally
It's funny how Baharroth supposed to have all that mobility, but this deck looks like it has superb mobile elite units. I'm going to give this a try. Another similar deck was the Zarathur Elites deck with 3x corrupted Teleportarium. I wander which deck is stronger- this one, or elite Chaos with mobility...

The Chaos setup would almost always be the stronger of the two SrgntKurgan, namely due to Ominous Win(d), Archon's Terror and Gut and Pillage. This deck, or at least its basic idea and approach to Anrakyr is much more interesting and fun though imho (instead of the same old optimised DE-suite approach) so definitely give it a try.

Congats on your deck and keep playtesting ... The Nationals are coming ...!!!
You have 5x Pyrrhian Eternals and 1x Awake the Sleepers, I assume it should be 4x and 2x.
Gratz for your result mate!! Great list and great skill showoff for such a new player!!
