I started out with BuzzsawMF's template and changed it a bit.
 
-1x Void Pirate (the role's kinda filled by Ammo Depots)
-1x Enraged Ork (don't think they're that strong in a non-Nazdreg deck)
 
+1x Ammo Depot (amazing card draw to even out the lowish command presence)
+1x Catachan Outpost (more flexibility and boom)
After some playtesting I moved a few things around to accomodate the biiig problems I was having with the command phase:
 
-1x Snotling Attack (although I can see how amazing this card might potentially be, I just can't see myself playing it that often in this deck)
-1x Ammo Depot (it becomes really hard to dive below 4 cards consistently)
-1x Catachan Outpost (you don't need something to improve your attack, if you can't play enough stuff to actually attack)
-1x Staging Ground (might go back to that, but for now: supports don't win command struggles)
-2x Burna Boyz (the one point of splash seems kind of lowish for the cost. Especially seeing how some of these 5 attack go poof a lot of times. I get the appeal, especially with the Warrior trait, but for 4 ressources I'd feel better if I got an additional hammer)
-1x Sanctioned Psyker (yes, a 4 body, I get it. But without some help they just don't do anything)
 
+1x Enraged Ork (these guys are beasts, automatically making my opponent wanna play around them)
+1x Iron Guard Recruits (replacing the Psyker)
+2x Rugged Killa Kans (copying BuzzsawMF's substitution of Burna Boyz with these guys. I can see where he's coming from)
+1x Void Pirate (a third Rogue Trader might just be overdoing it, so I guess this guy makes it back into the fold
+2x Promotion (got problems with command? Throw in some Promotions!)

nice changes, but beware lots of cards X2 might mean also a very random play from time to time. I chose myself to get rid of outposts and go for 3 promotions.
