So i was just wandering, can this guy trigger his response for himself, when he enters?

I believe so
if you have two castellans in play and you play a lanni character or location, can you trigger each castellan's response to kneel two different characters without attachments? or does the limit 1 per round apply to all castellans?

its a limited response, you only get 1 of those regardless of which cards trigger it
Can anyone go into more depth about why this is restricted? Doesn't seem like too powerful of an effect?

If you've played against a Lannister Kneel deck, you know how powerful his effect can be :)

Compare him to Enemy Informer, a character for the same cost and similar concept, and the Castellan is more powerful and more efficient. All things considered, in the Joust format he's roughly the same power level and function as The Scourge, which is also restricted. Both can often be triggered every round to (mostly) disable a character of your choice. Unlike the Scourge, he's not restricted in Melee, which is a plus.

While I don't feel he's incredibly over-powered, Lannister isn't exactly being punished too badly on the restricted lists right now. The next FAQ should be very interesting.
