Is kneeling the attached location a one time thing? Or since it is passive, is it always checking and kneeling the location?

I am pretty sure it is just a one time thing that is applied after you attach it to your opponent's location.

Could this be a contender for one of the worst cards in V1?

This doesn't come close to Observation point and Secret hideout.

It is actually *almost* decent with all the new bannerman support.

Bara Conquest Stark

- Task for this

- Use it to fetch Brightwater Man-at-Arms

- Use Brightwater Man-at-Arms to win a MIL challenge next turn

- Use this to fetch another

- Eventually play Mel's Schemes, for all the Brightwater Men-at-Arms

- Bonus points for Jojen and other Bannermen

- You're right, it isn't good haha

Ah yes, Secret Hideout. What a gem.

I didn't actually think of Bara Conquest Stark, but yeah, that could be fun. If the Bannerman trait had've been further explored (especially in Stark), then it may have proven useful.
